谢晶曦教授(1924-),1950年毕业于中国药科大学的前身华东药学专科学校,在卫生部中央卫生实验院、中央卫生研究院、中国医学科学院药物研究所从事天然药物化学合成工作。谢晶曦教授先后研究过抗血吸虫病、抗疟、抗支气管炎、抗肝炎、抗胆碱和计划生育等药,测定了一批天然活性化合物的结构;对部分重要的天然活性成分进行了全合成;研究开发成功三个我国独创的新药:治疗微循环障碍性疾病的消旋山莨菪碱;抗肝炎药联苯双酯以及抗胆碱能阻滞剂樟柳碱,前二者已收载入我国药典;此外,还以分离到的活性成分为先导物,合成了数百个类似物和衍生物,为该领域的深入研究提供了大量的物质基础。共发表论文及学术报告158篇。谢晶曦教授是我国杰出的天然药物化学家,由于出色的研究成果,1984年获国务院授予首批“有突出贡献的中青年专家”;1999年获中国科学技术发展基金会、药学发展基金会及中国药学会联合颁发的中国药学发展奖(药物化学);新药联苯双酯获尤里卡金奖。本文简要介绍他有代表性的研究工作。 Professor Xie Jingkai (1924-) graduated from the East China Pharmaceutical Academy of China Pharmaceutical University in 1950. He is engaged in the chemical synthesis of natural medicines at the Central Sanitation Laboratory of the Ministry of Health, the Central Institute of Health, and the Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Professor Xie Jingji has studied anti-schistosomiasis, anti-malarial, anti-bronchitis, anti-hepatitis, anticholinergic and family planning medicines, determined the structure of a number of natural active compounds, and fully synthesized some important natural active ingredients. Research and development of three new drugs that have been successfully developed in China: racemic anisodamine for the treatment of microcirculatory disorders; anti-hepatitis drug biphenyl diester; and anticholinergic blocker anisodine, the former two have been included in our country. Pharmacopoeia; In addition, hundreds of analogs and derivatives have been synthesized using the isolated active ingredient as a lead material, providing a large amount of material basis for further research in this field. A total of 158 papers and academic reports were published. Professor Xie Jingkai is an outstanding natural medicine chemist in China. Due to outstanding research achievements, he was awarded the first batch of “middle and young experts with outstanding contributions” by the State Council in 1984; in 1999, he was awarded the China Science and Technology Development Foundation, the Pharmaceutical Development Foundation, and China. The China Pharmaceutical Development Award (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) was jointly awarded by the Pharmaceutical Association; the new drug bifendate received the Eureka Gold Award. This article briefly introduces his representative research work.
