随着科学技术的不断发展 ,实验动物在生命科学研究中起着不可替代的重要作用。为了避免重复投资、盲目生产、资源浪费 ,搞好我国实验动物工作 ,笔者建议 :国家科委、实验动物管委会、实验动物学会应当综观全局 ,统一部署各地市实验动物工作。各省实验动物管委会应当结合本地区的实际合理布局 ,细致安排 ,正确引导和指导当地的实验动物工作 ,平衡发展全省系统内的实验动物 ,积极配合国家搞好实验动物网络建设 ,做到思路清晰 ,目的明确 ,生产实验两不误
