省级电力公司作为县供电企业重要的管理主体,对集团公司企业文化有效落地县企起着关键性的指导作用。城乡供电一体化管理的推进促使省级电力公司加强县企的专业化管理,企业文化建设作为专业化管理的一个重要内容得以不断加强。一年来,省级电力公司结合本省实际不断推出加强县企文化建设举措,形成多样化的文化建设管理思路。深刻理解省级电力公司对县企文化建设的指导与管控,将有利于推动县企文化管理水平上一个台阶。
As an important management subject of county-level power supply enterprises, provincial power companies play a key guiding role in effectively bringing down corporate culture of the group companies.
