中美科学教育差异科学教育要从娃娃抓起

目前,我国正大力提倡科技创新,在基础科学教育和提升国民科学素质方式方面却与美国截然不同,对比两国差异并借鉴西方先进经验成为当务之急。提到科学教育质量和国民科学素质领先的国家,相信不少人首先想到的就是美国。早在独立战争结束后,美国政府就明确了以教育带动科研的方针,给教育提供各种优惠政策,以保证每一个公民都有机会享受优质教育。美国的历任领导人也非常重视科技发展,再加上积极利用移民政策吸引大量科技人才赴美,美国成功地在20世纪将世界科技中心转移到本土。目前,我国正大力提倡科技创新,在基础科学教育和提升国民科学素质 At present, our country is vigorously promoting scientific and technological innovation. However, it is totally different from the United States in basic science education and upgrading of the scientific quality of the people. Comparing the differences between the two countries and learning from the advanced western experience has become a top priority. When it comes to the quality of science education and the leading national scientific quality, I believe many Americans think of the United States first. As early as the end of the War of Independence, the U.S. government clearly defined the principle of bringing science and education to education and provided various preferential policies for education to ensure that every citizen had the opportunity to enjoy quality education. The successive leaders in the United States also attach great importance to the development of science and technology. Coupled with the active use of immigration policies to attract large numbers of scientific and technological personnel to the United States, the United States succeeded in transferring the world science and technology center to the Mainland in the 20th century.
