保险业竞争激烈,人力资源尤其是高端人力资源对企业的发展至关重要。当前,保险业面临贯彻十八大精神、进一步国际化和国家的新要求等形势,而高端人力资源在企业决策、政策解读、产品设计、人员培训等方面作用非常重大。但保险企业在对高端人力资源标准的认可、高端人力资源的来源、高端人力资源的使用问题、归属感和凝聚力等方面存在一些问题。基于此,保险机构要明确树立起“以人为本”、“唯才是举”的高端人力资源理念,要重视高端人力资源的内生化培育,建立灵活的考评机制和待遇机制,要培育起优质的企业文化以营造良好氛围。
The insurance industry is highly competitive, and human resources, especially high-end human resources, are crucial to the development of the enterprise. At present, the insurance industry is facing the situation of implementing the 18th National Congress of the CPC, further internationalization and new national requirements. The high-end human resources play a very important role in corporate decision-making, policy interpretation, product design and personnel training.
