语文教师的教育一般包括两个部分 :职前教育和职后教育。职后的语文教师个体能否继续享有职前教育那样的成长关怀 ?为此 ,本文基于终身教育的思想 ,结合我国中学语文教师职后教育的现状及其理论研究 ,根据语文教师成长规律 ,提出了伴随式语文教师教育的概念 ,探索伴随式语文教师教育的内容、方法及其原则 ,旨在帮助语文教师的成长
