目的:探讨促肝细胞再生磷酸酶-3(PRL-3)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在鼻腔、鼻窦鳞状细胞癌(SNSCC)中表达的临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学及RT-PCR方法检测62例SNSCC组织(SNSCC组)、30例鼻息肉组织(NP组)以及25例正常鼻腔黏膜(NM组)中PRL-3和VEGF的表达情况。结果:1SNSCC组中PRL-3和VEGF的表达明显高于NP组及NM组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2SNSCC组中PRL-3和VEGF的表达情况在不同性别、年龄患者中无明显差别(P>0.05),而随着TNM分期的增高、分化程度的降低及伴淋巴结转移,PRL-3和VEGF的表达明显增高(P<0.05);3在SNSCC组中PRL-3以及VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.468,P<0.05)。结论:PRL-3及VEGF在SNSCC的增殖与分化调控中可能起到了重要作用,PRL-3和VEGF的高表达可反映SNSCC细胞的增殖活性,二者可能在肿瘤的侵袭转移过程中起到了协同促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokinin-3 (PRL-3) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in nasal and sinus squamous cell carcinoma (SNSCC). Methods: Immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of PRL-3 and VEGF in 62 SNSCC cases, 30 cases of nasal polyps (NP group) and 25 cases of normal nasal mucosa (NM group). Results: The expression of PRL-3 and VEGF in 1SNSCC group was significantly higher than that in NP group and NM group (P <0.05). The expression of PRL-3 and VEGF in 2NSCCCC group was significantly higher than that in NP group and NM group (P> 0.05). However, the expression of PRL-3 and VEGF was significantly increased with the increase of TNM stage, the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). 3 In the SNSCC group, the expression of PRL-3 and The expression of VEGF was positively correlated (r = 0.468, P <0.05). CONCLUSION: PRL-3 and VEGF may play important roles in the regulation of proliferation and differentiation of SNSCC. High expression of PRL-3 and VEGF may reflect the proliferative activity of SNSCC cells, both of which may play a synergistic role in tumor invasion and metastasis enhancement.
