在机械设备中,某些要求采用内六角沉孔螺钉而又受到较大冲击和震动的场合,就要考虑防松问题.这里介绍一种国外设备中采用的一种能够克服常见几种弊端的防松结构. 新的防松结构是在被连接件与螺栓之间加一防松套(如图1)。在内六角螺栓头部对边方向的外侧分别铣两个斜槽(如图2).同时在被连接件沉孔边也铣一个斜槽。装配时,当达到设计预紧力后,用专用冲头将防松套一侧嵌入被连接件的斜槽,一侧嵌入螺栓头
