立体固沙设备可实现秸秆沙障自动铺筑,横向推草装置是草方格横向铺设装置中重要的组成部分。针对草方格铺设装置所要完成的任务,设计一套既适合工作环境,又能完成推草任务的新型机构。利用计算机仿真技术,运用惯性力平衡原理对推草机构的翻草板进行改进设计,并用Adams软件对推草机构进行动力学仿真,结果表明,优化后的结构比优化前在受力上得到了改善。样机试验结果表明,该装置满足强度和设计功能要求。
The three-dimensional sand-fixing equipment can realize the self-paving of the straw sand barrier, and the horizontal pushing grass device is an important component of the grass square horizontal laying device. In view of the tasks to be completed by grass paving equipment, a new type of organization that is suitable for the working environment and completes the task of pushing grass is designed. Using computer simulation technology, using the theory of inertial force balance to improve the design of the turfgrass palletizing board, Adams software was used to simulate the plowing mechanism. The results show that the optimized structure is better than that before optimization improve. The prototype test results show that the device meets the strength and design requirements.
