Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most frequent complications in patients with liver cirrhosis.[1]HCC without cirrhosis is rare and obviously a different entity.Treatment depends on tumor stage,liver function and general performance.Results of locoregional treatment,resection or liver transplantation are superior to those of medical therapy.
