当能源互联网的行动路线图2015年6月首次被政府相关部门认可和确定后,很多人断定,能源互联网的概念和电力体制改革的概念将是2015年中国能源领域最值得关注的两个风口。到了9月,情况发生了变化:习近平主席在联合国会议上正式宣布,中国倡议探讨构建全球能源互联网,推动以清洁和绿色方式满足全球电力需求。很显然,国家最高领导人在如此重要的国际场合作出正式宣示,表明全球能源互联网的概念已经上升到了国家战略的层面。
When the Energy Internet Action Roadmap was first approved and confirmed by the relevant government departments in June 2015, many people concluded that the concept of energy internet and the concept of power system reform will be the two most deserving focuses in China’s energy sector in 2015. By September, the situation changed: President Xi Jinping formally announced at a UN meeting that China is proposing to explore a global energy Internet that will promote global demand for electricity in a clean and green way. It is clear that the supreme national leaders made a formal declaration on such an important international occasion that the concept of a global energy Internet has risen to the level of the national strategy.
