观察高良姜、草果的防霉作用。方法:测定高良姜、草果挥发油对６种霉菌的最低抑菌浓度和最低杀菌浓度。结果:高良姜、草果挥发油有明显的抗霉菌作用。结论:高良姜、草果是高效、安全、价廉的天然防霉药物,可广泛用于食物、中药材及其制品等的防霉。
Observe the anti-mildew effects of galangal and grass fruits. Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentration and the minimum bactericidal concentration of the volatile oils of Galangal and Trichosanthes vanadium on six molds were determined. Results: The volatile oil of Galangal and Caoguo has obvious antifungal effect. Conclusion: Galangal and Caoguo are effective, safe, and inexpensive natural anti-mildew drugs and can be widely used in the anti-mildew of foods, Chinese herbal medicines and their products.
