光功率分路器作为无源光网络(PON)重要器件有着极广泛的应用。本文阐述了光波导基本原理和光束传输方法及其应用,使用Opti BPM软件设计了脊型Y结平面分支波导结构,根据光分路器的参数和指标,分析了分支角度,锥形波导长度等相关参数对结构插入损耗影响。
