针对爪极电机后极板冲件精度要求极高、结构复杂的特点,进行了排样设计和模具结构的设计。排样采用双排排样以提高材料利用率和生产率,在模具结构上采用了等高衬套型卸料螺栓、双导向机构、导正钉定距、落料工位错排等技术以解决产品精度、结构、双排排样方面的问题。实际生产表明:该模具工作稳定可靠,产品的尺寸精度、材料利用率和生产效率得到提高。
