中国乳品产业发展近百年来,乳品产业纵向组织关系经历了从无到有、从完全垂直一体化到多元化的演变过程。本文基于制度供给与需求理论,从纵向组织关系演变的市场前提与需求诱因及其供给动因两方面分析了中国乳品产业链纵向组织关系演变的动因。中国乳品产业链纵向组织关系的演变是政府主导的强制性制度变迁和外部经济机会主导的诱致性制度变迁共同作用的结果,其中政府主导的强制性制度变迁是主要因素。
The development of China’s dairy industry Over the past century, the vertical relationship between the dairy industry experienced from nothing, from completely vertical integration to the evolution of diversification. Based on the theories of institutional supply and demand, this paper analyzes the motivation of the evolution of the vertical organizational relationship in China’s dairy industry chain from two aspects: the market premise, the demand incentive and the supply drivers. The evolution of the vertical organizational relationship in China’s dairy industry chain is the result of the joint action of the government-led compulsory institutional change and the induced economic change-led institutional change. The change of mandatory government-led system is the main factor.
