新时期,我国民主法制社会的构建速度逐步加快,新闻媒体作为国家主要的舆论监督手段,在人们的各项生存活动中发挥着日益加重的作用。但是,鉴于新闻采访事件容易遭遇采访者与被采访对象的冲突,采访工作被阻挠甚至是恶意破坏的现象层出不穷,严重地影响了新闻媒体对其自身所具备的采访权的执行。本文以新闻采访权的相关法律保护为主体,着重探讨了新闻采访权在当前实施中面临的法制缺陷,以及完善法律对于新闻采访权保护作用的策略。
In the new era, the speed of building a democratic and legal society in our country is gradually accelerating. As the main means of public opinion supervision, the news media plays an increasingly important role in people’s living activities. However, in view of the fact that news interview events are prone to conflict between interviewers and interviewees, the obstruction and even vandalism of interview work is endless, which has seriously affected the news media’s implementation of the right of their own interview. This article takes the legal protection of the news interview right as the main body, and focuses on the legal defects that the news interview right faces in the current implementation and the strategy of perfecting the protection of the law on the news interview right.
