随着我国高校体育教育改革的深入和素质教育的大力推行,智力与体力并重、集健康和智慧于一体的大众化健身项目——“定向越野”近几年逐渐走入大学体育课堂,它融生存能力、生活知识、运动技能、意识培养于一体,逐渐成为深受大学生喜爱的一项体育课程和健身项目。作为新兴项目,目前教育领域对其研究主要集中在其开展的可行性、价值性及如何实施方面,而对提高大学生身体素质方面的研究极少,并主要集中在提高有氧耐力素质方面。研究主要从耐力、速度、爆发力、力量等较全面身体素质入手,以晋中学院普系2013级定向越野选修课为例,采用文献资料法、教学实验法、数据分析法,通过《国家学生体质健康标准》测试对晋中学院普系2013年级定向越野选修课学生学期初、末各项身体素质指标进行对比分析,探究定向越野课对大学生身体素质的提高情况,进而为全面提升大学生身体素质提供可借鉴的参考。研究结果表明,定向越野课对大学生各项身体素质提高效果显著,学习前后学生各项身体素质指标纵向对比均呈显著性差异,其中尤以耐力素质和速度素质的提高最为突出。

The research mainly focuses on the more comprehensive physical quality of endurance, speed, explosive power and strength. Taking the general department of Jinzhong University as an example, we use the methods of documentation, teaching and analysis, data analysis, Health standard "test of Jinzhong University, Department of generalized 2013 grade selective cross-country elective students at the beginning of semester and end of the various physical quality indicators were compared to explore the orientation of off-road classes to improve the physical fitness of college students, and thus to enhance the overall quality of college students to provide Reference for reference. The results show that directional off-road classes improve the physical fitness of college students significantly. Before and after the study, there is a significant difference in vertical comparison among all the physical fitness indexes, especially the improvement of endurance quality and speed quality.
