为满足学生对于自行车运动的喜爱,了解自行车运动的基本知识和基本风险,弥补高校体育课程项目单调的问题,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过对我国部分普通高校开展自行车课程可行性研究,探究自行车课程如何开展,规范大学生体育运动技能,引导其正确参加体育锻炼,培养其终身体育意识,通过对我国已开有自行车体育课程的高校研究发现:我国普通高校开展自行车课程可以促进高校大学生德、智、体、美全面发展,证明我国部分普通高校开展自行车课程是可行的。
In order to meet the students’ preference for cycling, to understand the basic knowledge and basic risks of cycling, to make up for the monotonous problems of PE in colleges and universities and to adopt the research methods of literature review, expert interview, field survey and logical analysis, Some colleges and universities in our country carry out the feasibility study of bicycle lessons to explore how to carry out bicycle courses, standardize the college students’ sports skills, guide them to participate in physical exercises correctly, and cultivate their lifelong physical education awareness. Through the study on college bicycle in our country, Cycling courses can promote the development of morality, intelligence, body and beauty of undergraduates in colleges and universities in our country. It is feasible to carry out bicycle courses in some colleges and universities in our country.
