以底梁孔为研究对象,分析底梁孔结构分布特点,探讨采用传统划线钻孔法加工的不可行性。面对批量、高精度要求的零件,提出定位补块技术新方法,分别从底梁孔加工工装、第一个孔起钻、应用补块法加工其余孔等方面进行介绍。
Taking the bottom beam hole as the research object, the distribution characteristics of the bottom beam hole structure are analyzed, and the feasibility of using the traditional crossed drilling method is discussed. In the face of batch and high-precision parts, a new method of positioning patch technology is proposed, which is introduced respectively from the bottom hole machining tooling, the first hole drilling, the application of patch method to process the remaining holes.
