杨玉琪副教授是怀化师范高等专科学校的教师,长期以来在繁忙的工作中一直坚持教学与科研相结合。90年代初以来,在一些学术刊物上不时看到他关于民族研究方面的学术论著。最近他有一本对于民族地区的改革开放和社会主义现代化事业,具有一定意义的学术专著——《民族地区发展论》问世。读后,颇受启迪,现对此书谈点读后体会。 我国的改革开放已经进行10多年了,社会主义现代化建设也取得了举世瞩目的成就。我国相对落后,发展又不平衡的民族地区也开始步入市场经济的行列,出现了前所未有的发展速度和发展势头。在这种新形势下,加强对民族地区的发展研究,就成为我国民族学界和理论工作者的重要研究课题。《民族地区发展论》正是作者适应时代的召唤和民族地区改革开放,社会主义现代化事业的需要的重要研究成果之一。此书的问世是令人庆幸和值得祝贺的。
Associate Professor Yang Yuqi is a teacher of Huaihua Teachers College. For a long time, he has always insisted on combining teaching with scientific research in his busy work. Recently, he has an academic monograph of certain significance for the reform, opening up and socialist modernization in the minority areas - the advent of “the theory of development in ethnic areas.” After reading, very enlightened, is to talk about this book after reading experience. The advent of this book is fortunate and worthy of congratulation.
