电渣重熔过程中,炉渣成分会发生连续变化,使渣池、渣壳的热物性参数也处于不断的变化之中。渣池及渣壳热物性参数的变化会影响电渣重熔过程。本文根据重熔过程中渣池、渣壳的变化及炉渣热物性参数变化(导热系数及电导率),对重熔过程的影响进行了模拟。通过与未考虑炉渣成分变化及渣壳、渣池热物性参数变化两种情况的重熔过程比对,揭示了炉渣成分变化对电渣重熔过程温度分布的影响。
Electroslag remelting process, the continuous changes in the composition of the slag, the slag pool, slag thermal physical properties of the material is also in constant change. Slag pool and slag shell thermophysical parameters of the changes will affect the ESR remelting process. In this paper, the influence of remelting process is simulated according to the change of slag pool and slag shell during remelting and the change of thermal physical parameters (thermal conductivity and conductivity) of slag. Compared with the remelting process which did not consider the change of slag composition and the change of thermal properties of slag shell and slag pool, the influence of slag composition on temperature distribution in ESR process was revealed.
