本文提出了一种新的用液压伺服系统控制线材恒张力缠绕的方法。理论上对该系统进行了数学模型的建立和计算机仿真,实验上用PI、PD、PID以及带死区的PID算法对闭环系统进行控制,用带死区的PID控制得到了比较满意的效果。
In this paper, a new method of controlling constant tension winding of wire with hydraulic servo system is proposed. In theory, the mathematical model of the system is established and the computer simulation is carried out. In the experiment, the closed-loop system is controlled by PI, PD, PID and PID algorithm with dead zone. Satisfactory results are obtained by PID control with dead zone.
