钛钢爆炸复合板在校平过程中出现的“反弹”现象严重影响了其后续加工和使用。本文通过爆炸复合试验,研究了钢板厚度、爆炸复合工艺和地基3个因素对钛钢复合板“反弹”的影响。结果表明:钢板厚度大于35 mm、爆炸复合工艺为工艺2或地基为地基2时,“反弹”现象都能得到极大限度的改观。此研究为钛钢复合板爆炸复合工艺的制定及实施提供了可靠依据。
Titanium steel explosion in the process of plate flattening the emergence of “bounce” phenomenon has seriously affected its subsequent processing and use. In this paper, the impact of three factors on the “rebound” of titanium steel composite plate is studied through the explosion compound test. The results show that: when the thickness of the steel plate is more than 35 mm, the phenomenon of “rebound” can be greatly improved when the composite technology is the process 2 or the foundation is the foundation 2. This study provides a reliable basis for the formulation and implementation of explosive composite process of titanium steel composite board.
