中国包装科研测试中心(下称“天测”)成立于1988年,位于天津经济技术开发区,占地4万平方米,主要从事包装检测、包装测试设备的研制、包装标准的制定、包装研发设计与技术咨询等工作,是中国包装联合会运输包装委员会的主任委员单位,国家包装质检中心、国家技术监督总局所属的包装监督检验中心,ISTA(国际安全运输委员会)在中国的惟一指定服务机构。
