淮河干流临淮关至浮山段河道泄流能力研究

淮河干流临淮关至浮山段现状河道泄流能力不足,正在开展行洪区调整与河道建设工程,涉及堤防退建、河道疏浚和行洪区调整等众多工程措施。为了研究河道泄流能力,建立了淮河干流临北进口至小柳巷段二维水动力数学模型,并采用实测洪水资料进行率定和验证,结果表明,模型具有较高的精度。在规划条件下,控制浮山为规划设计水位,临淮关计算水位和规划相应水位一致,花园湖行洪区计算流量和设计流量基本相同,表明治理工程实施后,本段河道泄流能力能够满足规划要求。 Huaihe River from Linhuai to Fushan current status of the river discharge capacity is insufficient, ongoing flood regulation and river construction projects, embankment involved in the dredging and flood diversion area adjustment and many other engineering measures.
