目的了解湖北省突发中毒事件发生情况,分析中毒事件流行病学特征,为增强突发中毒事件防控能力提供理论依据。方法收集整理湖北省2005—2015年突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统报告的突发中毒事件资料,归类统计分析。结果湖北省2005—2015年共报告突发中毒事件142起,中毒病例3 432人,死亡115人,病死率3.35%。根据事件分类,食物中毒117起,急性职业中毒10起,其他中毒15起;根据事件分级,较大事件63起,一般事件40起,未分级事件39起;家庭是突发中毒事件发生的主要场所;十堰和恩施地区突发中毒事件占比最高,分别为23.94%和15.49%;毒蕈中毒事件死亡人数最多,沙门氏菌中毒事件发病人数最多;按规定时限报告的事件占所有突发中毒事件的33.10%。结论毒蕈中毒是湖北省突发中毒事件防控重点,应加强源头预防;湖北省突发中毒事件报告率偏低,需规范信息报告工作,完善部门间信息互通机制,加强对突发中毒事件的监测与上报工作。
Objective To understand the occurrence of sudden poisoning in Hubei Province, analyze the epidemiological characteristics of poisoning events and provide a theoretical basis for enhancing the prevention and control of sudden poisoning incidents. Methods The data of sudden poisoning incidents reported by Hubei Provincial Public Health Emergency Management Information System from 2005 to 2015 were collected and classified into statistical analysis. Results A total of 142 cases of sudden poisoning were reported from 2005 to 2015 in Hubei Province, with 3 432 poisoning cases and 115 deaths, with a mortality rate of 3.35%. According to the classification of the incidents, there were 117 food poisonings, 10 acute occupational poisonings and 15 other poisonings. According to the classification of incidents, 63 were major incidents, 40 incidents were general incidents and 39 were unclassified incidents. Families were the major cause of sudden poisoning incidents Place; Shiyan and Enshi area accounted for the highest proportion of sudden poisoning, respectively, 23.94% and 15.49%; poisonous mushroom poisoning the largest number of deaths, the largest number of Salmonella poisoning incidents; reported time-limited incidents accounted for all sudden poisoning incidents 33.10%. Conclusion Toadstool poisoning is the focus of prevention and control of sudden poisoning incidents in Hubei Province. Source prevention should be strengthened. The reporting rate of sudden poisoning incidents in Hubei Province is relatively low. It is necessary to standardize information reporting, improve the mechanism of information exchange among departments, Monitoring and reporting work.
