从某种意义上说,幼儿教师决定了幼儿园教育教学的质量,幼儿教师的日常教学的能力影响了幼儿的发展与成长,因此对幼儿教师日常教学能力的评价尤为重要,本文旨在对评价幼儿教师日常教学能力进行探索,指出评价中的问题,并对幼儿教师日常教学能力的提高给与可行性建议,以便为幼儿营造良好的发展环境,使幼儿能在科学的教育下茁壮成长。
In a sense, kindergarten teachers decide the quality of kindergarten education and teaching, and the ability of kindergarten teachers ’daily teaching affects the development and growth of kindergarten children. Therefore, it is particularly important to evaluate kindergarten teachers’ daily teaching ability. Teachers’ daily teaching ability to explore, pointing out the problems in evaluation, and give preschool teachers the ability to improve their daily teaching to provide feasible suggestions in order to create a good environment for young children to develop, so that children can thrive under scientific education.
