管理人员在企业运营中发挥着承上启下的作用,电网企业管理人员绩效考核指标及评分标准量化方法普遍存在量化程度低、强行量化、宽松量化和严苛量化等现实问题。以江苏省电力公司为例,结合对管理人员绩效管理的实践,通过考评标准抓量化、绩效管理重三效,促进公司管理人员绩效考核的真实落地、制度统一,推动公司精益化管理水平不断提升,推动和保障企业战略目标实现,保持稳定快速增长的内在动力。
