通过7种不同的温度对非晶合金Fe69Al5Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6.75进行了退火处理,以研究退火温度对合金磁性能的影响。试验磁性能数据表明,合金的饱和磁化强度随退火温度的升高先增加后急剧减小,在450℃时的值最大,Ms为628.76emu/g;而矫顽力曲线和剩磁比曲线的走势相近,且在490℃附近的值较小,其软磁性能较好。试验证明,合金的最大饱和磁化强度的退火温度与软磁性能最佳的退火温度不是同一温度值,其综合磁性能的退火温度应选择450~490℃之间的值。
The amorphous alloy Fe69Al5Ga2P9.65B4.6Si3C6.75 was annealed at seven different temperatures to study the effect of annealing temperature on the magnetic properties of the alloy. The experimental data show that the saturation magnetization increases sharply and decreases sharply with the increase of annealing temperature, and reaches the maximum at 450 ℃ with Ms of 628.76 emu / g. However, the coercivity and remanent magnetization curves The trend is similar, and the value is smaller near 490 ℃, its soft magnetic performance is better. It is proved that the annealing temperature of the maximum saturation magnetization of the alloy is not the same as the annealing temperature with the best soft magnetic property. The annealing temperature of the comprehensive magnetic property should be selected between 450 and 490 ℃.
