本实验研究利用细粒棘球蚴(Echinococcusgranulosus)囊内容物及其提纯抗原复制过敏反应模型。将100只昆明种小白鼠,根据决定性注射致敏原的不同,随机分为羊源囊液抗原组、羊源囊液部分纯化抗原组、人源囊液抗原组和人源囊液部分纯化抗原组,并设立生理盐水对照组。以腹腔注射方式进行攻击,复制出小白鼠过敏反应模型。结果表明,四个致敏原组过敏反应发生率分别为94.4%、89.5%、95%和94.4%,而对照组则无一例发生过敏反应。同时,各组决定性注射前后分别进行血嗜酸性粒细胞直接计数,并与健康小白鼠对照,发现过敏反应发生后血中嗜酸性粒细胞计数明显升高(P<0.05)。提示该模型症状典型,方法简单,有较高的应用价值
