采用阴极离子镀方法在YT14硬质合金刀具表面制备了AlTiN涂层,用高温摩擦磨损试验机考察AlTiN涂层在800℃高温下摩擦-磨损行为。通过扫描电镜观察涂层磨损前后微观形貌,利用X射线衍射和X射线配谱仪分析了AlTiN涂层高温磨损后物相与表面化学元素变化,对AlTiN涂层在800℃下失效形式进行研究,并探讨其高温下摩擦磨损机理。结果表明,AlTi N涂层中Al原子促进了Ti原子的价电子态趋于稳定,在涂层表面形成一层致密的Al2O3薄膜,具有良好的抗高温氧化性能,阻止了O原子对涂层的进一步氧化;在800℃时涂层摩擦系数平均值为1.090,磨损机理为氧化磨损+磨粒磨损+疲劳磨损。
AlTiN coating was prepared on the surface of YT14 carbide cutting tool by cathodic ion plating method. The friction-wear behavior of AlTiN coating at 800 ℃ was investigated by high temperature friction and wear tester. The microstructure of the coating before and after wear was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The phase and surface chemical changes of AlTiN coating after high temperature wear were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The failure modes of AlTiN coating at 800 ℃ were studied , And to explore its friction and wear mechanism at high temperature. The results show that the Al atom in AlTi N coating promotes the stabilization of the valence state of the Ti atom and forms a dense Al2O3 film on the surface of the AlTi N coating. It has good high temperature oxidation resistance and prevents O atoms from attacking the coating Further oxidation; the average friction coefficient of the coating at 800 ℃ 1.090, the wear mechanism of oxidative wear + abrasive wear + fatigue wear.
