在分析构成联供联产系统中关键技术的基础上,利用Aspen Plus软件对系统的单元操作过程进行了建模仿真工作。通过不同技术的组合,得到了二甲醚单产系统、二甲醚与电力的联产系统、煤与天然气联供的二甲醚电力联产系统,并通过模型的仿真计算,计算出各自系统中关键节点的物流和能流数据,为后续的3E研究提供了可靠的数据。
Based on the analysis of the key technologies that make up the joint production system, the Aspen Plus software is used to simulate the unit operation process of the system. Through the combination of different technologies, DME production system, DME and power co-generation system, DME co-generation system for coal and natural gas are obtained, and through the simulation calculation of the model, The logistics and energy flow data of the key nodes provide reliable data for the subsequent 3E research.
