In 1968, Rubin and others first reported hepatitis - aplastic anemia (re-poverty) syndrome, one after another have many reports. The incidence has not yet been fully determined, Aoki and other statistics in 615 cases of poverty, about 5% occurred after hepatitis. Men are more common, the average age of onset is about 20 years old. Bottinger et al. Reported that 90% of patients developed disease within 3 months after hepatitis, an average of 6 weeks, but Ajlouni reported 80% of the disease within 10 weeks and also several years after hepatitis. The length of the incubation period has nothing to do with the severity of hepatitis. Hepatitis occurred when no anemia, a slight tendency to decline in platelets, it can not predict the occurrence of further poverty; and hepatitis cured, more than half of the visible anemia, white blood cells and thrombocytopenia, can speculate the occurrence of further poverty.
