前言超临界流体萃取(Supercritical Fluid Extraction,简称SFE)是近20年来迅速发展起来的一种新型的萃取分离技术。它利用超临界流体(supercritical fluid,简称SCF)为萃取剂直接从固体或液体中萃取分离有效成分。超临界流体对许多物质具有很强的溶解能力,分离速率远比液体萃取剂快,可以实现高效的分离过程。目前,超临界流体萃取已形成了一门新的化工分离技术,在精细化工领域得到了广泛的应用[1-3]。
Introduction Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SFE) is a new type of extraction and separation technology that has developed rapidly in recent 20 years. It uses the supercritical fluid (supercritical fluid, referred to as SCF) extractant directly extracted from solid or liquid active ingredients. Supercritical fluid has a strong ability to dissolve many substances, the separation rate is far faster than the liquid extractant, can achieve efficient separation process. At present, supercritical fluid extraction has formed a new chemical separation technology, which has been widely used in fine chemical industry [1-3].
