云峰分公司利用10 kt/a工业级磷酸一铵装置所产生的滤渣生产复合肥。随着工业级磷酸一铵产量的增加,滤渣量增加,为提高滤渣的用量,对复合肥生产工艺进行改进,将滤渣与硝铵配制成硝铵渣浆后作为复合肥生产的原料。介绍硝铵渣浆配制及使用方法,以及添加硝铵渣浆生产复合肥存在问题及改进措施。通过改进,每月滤渣用量增加至410 t,可全部消化10 kt/a工业级磷酸一铵装置滤渣。
Yunfeng Branch utilizes a 10 kt / a industrial-grade ammonium phosphate plant filter to produce compound fertilizer. With the increase of the output of industrial grade monoammonium phosphate, the amount of residue increases. In order to increase the amount of residue, the production process of compound fertilizer is improved. The residue and ammonium nitrate are formulated into ammonium nitrate slurry and used as raw material for the production of compound fertilizer. This paper introduces the preparation and use of ammonium nitrate slurry, as well as the problems existing in the production of compound fertilizer with ammonium nitrate slurry and the improvement measures. Through the improvement, the amount of filter residue per month increased to 410 t, which can completely digest 10 kt / a industrial-grade monoammonium phosphate unit residue.
