山东省临沂市统计局经过一年的努力,档案基础建设得到加强,硬件环境得到改善,市县区局都设立了档案库房,配备了必要设备,统一档案规范,运用档案管理软件,基本实现了档案检索查询的自动化。通过市县区局的共同努力,市和12个县区局档案工作均通过省一级标准验收,并被授予全省一流档案系统。目前,已初步形成了一个门类齐全、结构合理、管理科学、服务有效,符合统计部门实际的档案工作体系。
After a year of work, the Bureau of Statistics in Linyi City, Shandong Province, has strengthened its file infrastructure and improved the hardware environment.
