本文报告作者在二尖瓣球囊成形术中做心房间隔穿刺47例次的体会。介绍了房间隔穿刺的操作方法,特别是作者创用的导管探查手感穿刺定位法,定位准确,符合病理解剖的改变。并阐述了操作过程中一些需要注意的问题。
This article reports the authors’ experience of atrial septal puncture in 47 patients during mitral valve balloon angioplasty. Introduced atrial septal puncture method of operation, in particular, the author created the catheter exploration touch puncture positioning method, accurate positioning, in line with pathological anatomy changes. And explained some problems needing attention in the operation process.
