初步研究结果证明:郁金香灰霉病的病原是郁金香葡萄孢〔Botrytistulipar(Lib.)Lind.〕;病菌生长及孢子萌发最适温度为20℃和25℃;在相对湿度100%条件下孢子萌发率最高;菌丝在葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖、果糖等多种碳源培养基上均能生长,但菌落形态略有差异,其中以PDA培养基上的生长最快;该菌一般只危害郁金香,但在室内人工接种条件下,还侵染番茄、黄瓜、西葫芦等。
Preliminary results show that: The pathogen of Botrytis cinerea is Botrytistulipar (Lib.) Lind. The optimal temperature for germination and spore germination were 20 ℃ and 25 ℃. The spore germination rate was the highest under 100% relative humidity. The hyphae could grow on various carbon sources such as glucose, sucrose, maltose and fructose , But the morphology of the colony was slightly different. Among them, the PDA grew fastest on the PDA medium; the fungus generally only endangered the tulip, but also inoculated tomato, cucumber and zucchini under indoor artificial inoculation.
