现今,高职人才的培养有许多途径,而生产性实训基地的利用已经成为了众多途径当中重要的一种。虽然生产性实训基地的利用为高职人才的培养带来了很大的好处,但其中也有不利影响。比如说没有长效的运营管理机制,这样就影响了实训基地的培训教学和生产。本文的重点在于,能够引用旅游管理专业中的生产性实训基地对实训的设备管理,教学中的矛盾以及实训基地中的生产之间存在的问题进行分析,并且能够针对这些问题对生产基地的运营管理进行合理设计。 Nowadays, there are many ways to cultivate vocational talents, and the utilization of productive training bases has become an important one among many ways. Although the utilization of productive training bases has brought great benefits to the cultivation of higher vocational talents, it also has adverse effects. For example there is no long-term operation and management mechanism, thus affecting the training base training and teaching and production. This article focuses on the ability to refer to the productive training base in the tourism management profession to analyze the problems existing in the equipment management of training, the contradictions in teaching and the production in the training base and to analyze the problems of production Base operation and management of a reasonable design.
