经济的全球化带动了商务英语人才需求的快速增长,尤其在沿海地区,如温州,大量的外向型小微企业活跃于本地的内外贸业务。有鉴于此,本文通过实地考察和网络问卷等方式,针对温州地区一些小微外贸企业进行了实地调研。了解到企业对于高职商务英语人才需求的各项指标,如知识、学历、能力、职业素养等方面的具体指标。发现了校企合作中的一些盲点,同时利用调查为学校建言高职商务英语专业毕业生教育培养过程中的知识缺陷以及能力缺失,为他们更好地适应当地就业市场的需要打下基础。
The economic globalization has driven the rapid growth of the demand for business English talents. In particular, a large number of export-oriented small and micro enterprises in the coastal areas such as Wenzhou are active in the domestic foreign trade business. In view of this, this article through field visits and network questionnaires, etc., for some small and micro enterprises in Wenzhou conducted field research. Understand the enterprise for the business needs of English professionals in the indicators, such as knowledge, education, ability, professionalism and other specific indicators. Found some blind spots in the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and at the same time, used the survey to make suggestions for schools about the lack of knowledge and abilities in the education and training of business English graduates in higher vocational schools and laid the foundation for them to better meet the needs of the local employment market.
