基于集团企业财务风险管理框架分析,首先应明确集团企业财务管理框架基本体系,通过三级层次相融体系、财务风险管理理论框架体系、风险集成管理框架结构体系体现。然后分析集团企业财务风险管理框架的要素,其主要内容有:管理目标、责任主体、程序方法、保障体系、管理基础,最后论述了集团企业财务风险管理框架设计。
Based on the analysis of the financial risk management framework of the group enterprises, the basic system of the financial management framework of the group enterprises should first be clarified. The system is embodied through the three levels of hierarchy, the theoretical framework of financial risk management and the framework of risk management. Then, it analyzes the elements of the financial risk management framework of the group enterprise. The main contents are: management objectives, main body of responsibility, procedural methods, security system and management foundation. Finally, the article designs the financial risk management framework of the group enterprise.
