在建设项目中,材料供应的重要性与日俱增,一方面要保证材料供应充分,另一方面又要防止库存积压。在制造业和零售业中,供应商管理库存(VMI)提供了一种控制库存的有效方式,而经过分析,发现这一模式亦可以应用在某些建设项目的材料上。为了验证这一假设,采用系统动力学仿真的方法,分别构建了传统的建设项目材料供应模型和VMI模式下的材料供应模型,并以中国-中亚天然气管道建设项目某标段为例,使用实际数据进行了模拟,结果显示,在此项目中,VMI模式可以有效地控制建设项目现场和材料供应商的库存,从而降低整个供应链的整体库存费用。
In construction projects, the importance of material supply is increasing, on the one hand to ensure adequate supply of materials, on the other hand, to prevent inventory backlogs. In manufacturing and retail, VMI provides an effective way to control inventory, and after analysis, it is found that this model can also be applied to the materials of some construction projects. In order to verify this hypothesis, the traditional construction project material supply model and material supply model under VMI mode are constructed respectively by the method of system dynamics simulation. Taking a certain section of China-Central Asia natural gas pipeline construction project as an example, The actual data was simulated and the results showed that in this project, the VMI model can effectively control the inventory of construction project sites and material suppliers, thus reducing the overall inventory costs of the entire supply chain.
