目前香港一些以现金交易的服务行业通过低报收入进行逃税的情况严重。针对这一现象,政府考虑采取以下措施进行治理: 1、促请各专业团体自律。一方面要求各会员清楚记录实际收支,另一方面则要求现金交易的服务业开具正式收据。 2、从速立法,堵塞透过服务公司避税的漏洞。目前此项法例草拟工作已接近完成,下年度可望通过
At present, some service industries in Hong Kong that engage in cash transactions have suffered serious tax evasion through under-reporting. In response to this phenomenon, the government considers the following measures for governance: 1, urged professional bodies to self-discipline. On the one hand, it requires all members to clearly record the actual receipts and expenditures, on the other hand, the cash receipts service industry is required to issue official receipts. 2, speedy legislation, blocking the loopholes in the service company to avoid tax. At present, the drafting work of this piece of legislation is almost completed and it is expected to pass the following year
