目的介绍眼部微透析技术及在眼部药物研究中的应用。方法查阅国内外相关眼部微透析技术文献并分析、归纳。结果综述眼部微透析技术的特点及近几年的发展,并介绍眼部微透析技术在眼部药物动力学、药物代谢及组织分布方面的应用。结论眼部微透析技术在药物研究中具有独特的优势,随着微透析技术的发展及不断成熟,眼部微透析技术将更有利于眼部药物动力学及药物代谢的发展。
Objective To introduce the technique of ophthalmic microdialysis and its application in ocular drug research. Methods Reference domestic and foreign relevant ophthalmic microdialysis literature and analysis, summarized. Results The characteristics of ophthalmic microdialysis technique and its development in recent years were reviewed. The application of ophthalmic microdialysis technique in ocular pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism and tissue distribution were introduced. Conclusion Ophthalmic microdialysis technology has unique advantages in drug research. With the development and maturation of microdialysis technology, ophthalmic microdialysis technology will be more conducive to the development of ocular pharmacokinetics and drug metabolism.
