陈汀峰先生1967年毕业于上海交通大学机械系起重运输专业,他是我国舰炮工程专家,中国海军新型驱护舰上列装的主炮多数是由他担任技术负责人所取得的科研成果。上个世纪70年代,陈汀峰先生开始担任我国自行研制双联装100毫米舰炮的技术负责人,与同事们一起研制出了中国第一代全自动中口径舰炮,解决了海军急需舰炮装备国产战舰的燃眉之急。80年代,他是中国双联装100毫米遥控舰炮的主任设计师,成功地研制出了中国中口径全封闭遥控舰炮,再一次填补了我国在这一领域的空白。在2l世纪之初,作为中国某新型中口径舰炮的总设计师,他全面负责开展了跨部门、跨地区、跨集团的舰炮研制,不到4年就完成了该型舰炮的设计定型,创造了我国舰炮研制史上的奇迹,它标志着中国自行研制的舰炮开始跨入了世界先进行列。目前,他又出任某新型大口径舰炮的总设计师,负责研制我国海军主口径舰炮系列中最大口径的舰炮。陈汀峰先生平易近人,治学严谨,善于创新。身为总设计师的他,总是出现在火炮试验的第一线,他不畏艰险,身先士卒,亲自操控火炮。陈总带领研制组攻克了一个又一个技术难关,为我国舰炮事业的发展做出了突出贡献。1990年他被中国船舶工业总公司授予“有突出贡献中青年专家”光荣称号,1991年他被国务院批准享受政府特殊津贴。他先后荣获6项国家和省部级科技进步奖等奖项。不久前,围绕读者关心的我国大、中口径舰炮发展的有关问题,我刊记者对陈总进行了独家专访。 Mr. Chen Tingfeng graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1967, majoring in crane transportation.
