目的:调查医学院校在读医学生的心理健康状况和学业倦怠感,为有效降低医学生的学业倦怠感提供参考.方法:选取医科大学在校医学生作为研究对象,采用知觉心理压力量表、大学生学业倦怠量表以及正负性情绪量表对研究对象的心理压力状况进行了评估.结果:心理压力对学业倦怠有显著预测作用,正性情绪在紧张感和情绪低落之间、紧张感和行为不当之间的调节效应显著;负性情绪在紧张感和成就感低之间、失控感和成就感低之间的调节效应显著.结论:应重视正负性情绪对心理压力与学业倦怠感的调节作用.“,”Objective:To study the mental health status and academic burnout of medical students, so as to provide reference for effectively reducing academic burnout of medical students. Methods:Medical students in medical university were selected as the research subjects, and the psychological stress of the research subjects was evaluated by the Perceived Psychological Stress Scale, the College Student Burnout Scale and the Positive and Negative Affective Scale. Results:Psychological stress has a significant predictive effect on academic burnout. The moderating effect models analysis show that positive emotions have a significant moderating effect on tension and depression, and positive emotions also have a significant moderating effect on tension and improper behavior. Negative emotions have a significant moderating effect on tension and low sense of accomplishment, and negative emotions also have a significant moderating effect on loss of control and low sense of accomplishment. Conclusion:Positive and negative emotions can regulate psychological stress and academic burnout to some extent.
