目的探讨利福喷汀对初治肺结核患者白介素4(IL-4)、白介素6(IL-6)及转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的影响。方法选取2013年5月—2015年5月淄博市第一医院经胸部X线检查和痰菌培养确诊的痰涂阳初治肺结核患者70例作为研究组,随机选取同期70名体检健康者作为对照组。比较两组研究对象的IL-4、IL-6和TGF-β以及研究组采取利福喷汀治疗后IL-4、IL-6和TGF-β的变化。结果研究组患者IL-4、IL-6和TGF-β均高于健康对照组,研究组治疗后的IL-4、IL-6和TGF-β水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,痰涂转阴率为90%(63/70)。治疗后,痰涂转阴患者IL-4、IL-6水平低于未转阴者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利福喷汀治疗方案可有效调节患者的细胞因子水平,改善免疫功能,并可促进患者痰涂转阴,效果较理想。
Objective To investigate the effects of rifapentine on interleukin 4 (IL-4), interleukin 6 (IL-6) and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) in patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods From May 2013 to May 2015, 70 patients with sputum smear-positive primary pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed by thoracic X-ray examination and sputum culture in the First Hospital of Zibo City from January 2013 to May 2013 were selected as the research group and 70 healthy people were selected randomly as the control group. The levels of IL-4, IL-6 and TGF-β in the two groups were compared and the changes of IL-4, IL-6 and TGF-β in the study group after treatment with Rifapentin. Results The levels of IL-4, IL-6 and TGF-β in the study group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group. The levels of IL-4, IL-6 and TGF-β in the study group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, sputum coated negative rate was 90% (63/70). After treatment, the levels of IL-4 and IL-6 in patients with sputum-smear negative were lower than those in patients without negative sputum, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Rifapentine treatment regimen can effectively regulate the level of cytokines in patients, improve immune function, and can promote sputum smear negative patients, the effect is better.
