目的研究红霉素对支气管哮喘儿童Th1、Th2细胞的影响。方法应用荧光单细胞内染色法检测80例哮喘儿童(哮喘组)分别在激素吸入后(激素组)40例及激素吸入+红霉素口服后(红霉素组)40例,健康儿童40例(对照组)的PBMC(外周血单个核细胞)Th1、Th2细胞。结果支气管哮喘儿童Th1、Th1/Th2明显低于对照组(P<0.01),Th2明显高于对照组(P<0.01);激素组Th1、Th2较哮喘组无明显变化(P>0.05),Th1/Th2明显高于哮喘组(P<0.01);红霉素组Th1、Th1/Th2均明显高于哮喘组及激素组(P<0.01),Th2均明显低于哮喘组及激素组(P<0.01)。结论支气管哮喘儿童存在Th1/Th2失衡,Th1功能抑制,Th2功能亢进,红霉素及激素吸入均可以调节Th1/Th2失衡。
Objective To investigate the effect of erythromycin on Th1 and Th2 cells in children with bronchial asthma. Methods 40 cases of asthmatic children (asthmatic group) were treated with hormone monoamine (40 cases) and 40 cases of erythromycin group (Control group) of PBMC (peripheral blood mononuclear cells) Th1, Th2 cells. Results The levels of Th1 and Th1 / Th2 in children with bronchial asthma were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01), while those in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01) / Th2 was significantly higher than that in asthma group (P <0.01). Th1 and Th1 / Th2 in erythromycin group were significantly higher than those in asthma group and hormone group (P <0.01), Th2 was significantly lower than that in asthma group and hormone group (P < 0.01). Conclusion There are imbalances of Th1 / Th2, Th1 inhibition and Th2 hyperactivity in children with bronchial asthma. Both erythromycin and hormonal inhalation can regulate the imbalance of Th1 / Th2.
