病历摘要男患,47岁。阳萎,排尿无力近1年,当地医院诊断为前列腺炎,经对症治疗,效果不明显。近1个月病情加重,排尿无感觉,骶尾部感觉消失。诊断:圆榷马尾综合征。于1987年12月30日入院。红细胞4.45×10~(12)/L,血红蛋白150g/L,白细胞5.1×10~9/L,分类正常。
Male patient history, 47 years old. Impotence, urinary weakness nearly 1 year, the local hospital diagnosed as prostatitis, symptomatic treatment, the effect is not obvious. Nearly a month the condition worsened, no feeling of urination, sacrococcygeal feeling disappear. Diagnosis: Round of Cauda equina syndrome. On December 30, 1987 admitted. 4.45 × 10 ~ (12) / L red blood cells, hemoglobin 150g / L, white blood cells 5.1 × 10 ~ 9 / L, normal classification.
