连珍奥核酸科技发展有限公司,大连116620) 摘要 目的 研究核酸的抗衰老作用。方法选择健康老年20人,年龄60~75岁,男女各半,口服珍奥核酸3个月。应用常规方法检测肺功能(VC,FVC和FEV1),丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的合量。结果 口服珍奥核酸后老年人MDA明显降低,GSH-Px,VC和 FVC明显增高,经统计学处理口服前后比较差异显著( P<0. 05, P<0. 01)。结论 本研究结果说明核酸是抗衰老的重要物质之一。

Methods 20 healthy elderly, aged 60-75 years, half male and female, oral Jane Austrian nucleic acid for 3 months. Pulmonary function (VC, FVC and FEV1), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were measured by routine methods. Results After oral administration of Zhen Ao nucleic acid, MDA was significantly decreased and GSH-Px, VC and FVC were significantly increased in the elderly patients (P <0.05, P <0.01) after statistical treatment. Conclusion The results of this study indicate that nucleic acid is one of the important anti-aging substances.
