连珍奥核酸科技发展有限公司，大连１１６６２０） 摘要 目的 研究核酸的抗衰老作用。方法选择健康老年２０人，年龄６０～７５岁，男女各半，口服珍奥核酸３个月。应用常规方法检测肺功能（ＶＣ，ＦＶＣ和ＦＥＶ１），丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ）的合量。结果 口服珍奥核酸后老年人ＭＤＡ明显降低，ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ，ＶＣ和 ＦＶＣ明显增高，经统计学处理口服前后比较差异显著（ Ｐ＜０． ０５， Ｐ＜０． ０１）。结论 本研究结果说明核酸是抗衰老的重要物质之一。

Methods 20 healthy elderly, aged 60-75 years, half male and female, oral Jane Austrian nucleic acid for 3 months. Pulmonary function (VC, FVC and FEV1), malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were measured by routine methods. Results After oral administration of Zhen Ao nucleic acid, MDA was significantly decreased and GSH-Px, VC and FVC were significantly increased in the elderly patients (P <0.05, P <0.01) after statistical treatment. Conclusion The results of this study indicate that nucleic acid is one of the important anti-aging substances.
